Concerns
Report a concern
About privacy, a child’s safety, care, billing, or how someone acted. Only the people who look into concerns read it.
If a child or anyone else is in danger right now, call 911.
What happens next
Step 1: Only the right people read it
Your report goes only to the people at Default Agency who look into concerns. Nobody else on our team sees it.
Step 2: We look into it
We review what happened. If you left a way to reach you, we may contact you to learn more and to tell you what we did.
Step 3: No one is treated differently
We do not allow anyone to be treated differently for reporting a concern in good faith.
Step 4: You can check on it
Keep the reference and the code we show you after you send it: with both, you can check whether it is still open.
Report a concern
You can send it without your name. If you want us to answer you, leave a way to reach you. If you think a child is being abused or neglected, you can also call your state’s child abuse hotline.
