How to get started

  1. Step 1: Reach out

Call us or send us a message. We will ask a few questions about your child, your plan and what you hope for.

  2. Step 2: We check your coverage

We confirm what your insurance covers for ABA and what it needs before services start, such as a diagnosis or a referral.

  3. Step 3: An assessment with a behavior analyst

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) meets your child and your family, observes, asks questions and learns what matters to you.

  4. Step 4: Your child’s plan

The behavior analyst writes a plan with goals you agree on. Most plans ask the insurer to approve it before sessions begin.

Families are part of every plan

You know your child best. Your child’s behavior analyst works with you to choose goals, practice strategies and look at progress together.
